DAY 1   Arrival Lhasa
Altitude: 3650m Distance: 100km, about 1.5 hours’ drive
Upon your arrival at the Lhasa airport, your tour guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel and help you check in. You will have the rest of the day and evening to rest and relax to become acclimatized to the higher altitude of Tibet.
Travel Tip:
With its much higher elevation, some visitors may experience symptoms of altitude sickness. We recommend taking everything slowly, getting plenty of rest the first day and staying very well hydrated by drinking plenty of water to minimize the effects of the high altitude. Usually, you will fine by the second day, but if you do experience severe and/ or worsening symptoms, please contact your tour guide or a member of our staff immediately.

DAY 2   Lhasa – Basumtso – Cuozong Temple – Jieba Village – Xincuo Hiking – Basumtso
Altitude: 3480m Distance: 220km, about 6 hours ‘drive
Today drive from Lahsa to Dazi through Mozhugongka County, cross the Mila Pass (5013 meters), stop along the way to take a look at the Niyang River, which is the longest tributary of the Yarlung Tsangpo River. And then arrive at Basumtso, which has the melting snow from Mt. Nyching Tangha Mountain as its source. It is calm the lake reflects the snow-covered mountains, glaciers and trees just like a mirror for an incredibly beautiful scene. There are also small islands in the middle of the lake that are dotted with Tibetan Buddhist temples.

It is the best place to watch Basumtso and the surrounding two snow mountains, which called "King’s Throne" and "Burning Flame".
Xincuo
Xincuo Hiking: This is a perfect trekking route with diverse scenery (about 1 hour tour).It has not been developed.What we cansee is given by nature. The clear stream is surrounded by mountains and flows slowly.When the autumn comes, the trees and grass will become golden. In May and June, the road is so good that you don’t even need to wear hiking shoes, just a pair of ordinary travel shoes; In July and August, here is a wetland with a long distance to wading.

DAY 3   Basumtso – Segrila Pass - Lulang Forest
Altitude: 2800m Distance: 220km, about 5 hours’drive
After breakfast, we will drive to Sejila Mountain. If the weather is fine, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Namjagbarwa from a distance in Sejila Pass (the specific viewing effect depends on the weather conditions). The Lulang Forest area is covered by numerous different types of trees that are inhabited by many cuckoos, found here in their native habitat. Among all of the trees we will still be able to find broad meadows filled with herds of cattle around the small villages in the area. We will visit a viewing platform in the Lulang Forest that will give us great views of Namche Barwa (peak elevation 7756 meters), Gyala Pelri, and other high snow-capped mountain peaks.

DAY 4   Lulang – Kadinggou – Lhasa
Altitude: 3480m Distance: 450km, about 10 hours’ drive
Kadinggou (about 1 hour tour)
Kadinggou is known as "Heaven on Earth". Walking into the gorge, we can see the ravine is long and deep, accompanied by the sound of gurgling water from far and near into the virgin forest. There are high mountains and deep valleys, strange peaks and rocks, towering old trees, and even bamboo forests here.
Lalin Expressway(The most beautiful highway in China)
As part of the Sichuan-Tibet high-level highway and Yunnan-Tibet high-level highway, relying on the magnificent natural landscape of the snow-covered plateau, there are snow-capped mountains, forests, and grasslands along the way. Slow down the road to take pictures of the scenery!

DAY 5   Lhasa City Tour -Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street
Altitude: 3650m
Potala Palace
Initially built in 641 AD and listed as a world heritage site in 1994, the Potala Palace is the most popular tourist attraction in Tibet. The halls, murals, statues and mountain views will make you shocked even if you are not a Buddhist.
Jokhang Monastery
The Jokhang Monastery is the final destination for pilgrims. A statue of the 12-year-old Sakyamuni, who lived in India in the fifth century BC, and who was the creator of Buddhism, is collected in the monastery. This is the reason why Buddhists consider Lhasa a Sacred Land.
Barkhor Street
Located near the Jokhang Monastery, the Barkhor Street was only a place for Buddhists to do a religious circumambulation in ancient times. Nowadays, tourists can buy exquisite souvenirs on the street, such as handicrafts, costumes, tea, prayer wheels and Tibetan incense.
Tips for Visiting Potala Palace
1. The number of visitors to the palace is strictly limited to 2,300 per day. Visitors can only visit during the time specified on the admission ticket.
2. Admission tickets to visit the Potala Palace are sold out almost every day, so it is strongly recommended to book your tickets several days in advance.
3. There are many steps at the Potala Palace, so it’s best to take it slowly to avoid possible altitude discomfort.
4. Visitors should respect the rules while visiting. Do not wear hats, wear revealing clothes or step on thresholds as these actions violate local customs.
5. Photography and the taking of videos are forbidden inside the Potala Palace.
6. A security search will take place at the entrance to the palace. Explosives, flammables, knives, lighters and even water bottles are not allowed inside the Potala Palace.

DAY 6   Lhasa - Yamdrok Lake – Karola Glacier – Shigatse
Altitude: 3650m Distance: 380km, about 7 hours’drive
This morning we’ll take a drive up to the Kampala Pass (elevation 4797 meters) where you’ll have a glimpse of Yamdrok Lake down below as well as spectacular views of the holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar in the distance. You will want to have your camera at the ready for the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake, which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet, and the beautiful Mt. Nyenchen Khangsar glacier as seen from the Karol la Pass. Later on we’ll be able to visit the Karola Glacier.

DAY 7   Shigatse→Gaoula Pass→Rongbuk Monastery→EBC
Altitude: 5100m Distance: 340km, about 7 hours’ drive
After breakfast we’ll set out towards the peak of the world – Mount Everest. Departing from Shigatse you will see some of the most beautiful and unique scenery in the world – incredibly blue skies, floating high clouds, endless grasslands and the highest mountain peaks in the world. We’ll also stop by the Rongbuk Monastery – the world’s highest altitude monastery before spending the night at the Everest Base Camp.
Travel Tip:
Today’s food and lodging is poor. Due to the high altitude, it is possible that you may have some symptoms of altitude sickness. We recommend that you stay well hydrated, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery to minimize your symptoms.

We will get an early start today to cross the Ghazora Pass, also known as the Dingri Boundary, At an altitude of 5248 meters. After that you will visit the Tashilunpo Monastery, which was founded in 1447 by the 1st Dalai Lama. After visiting this ancient monastery, one of the most important sites in Tibetan Buddhism, we will drive to Shigaste hotel.

Located in Damxung County and 90 kilometers northwest of Lhasa, Yampachen is the first wet steam field developed in mainland China and the highest geothermal power station in the world.

Tsurphu Monastery is a gompa which serves as the traditional seat of the Karmapa, the head of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. It is located in Gurum in Doilungdêqên District, Tibet Autonomous Region, China. It was built in the middle of the valley facing south with high mountains surrounding the complex.

Wenn Sie Reisennachtibet.de Reiseleiter Pincuo mit mit, da man hier so viel Geschichte und lernen Sie abdecken kann besuchen, die Sie nicht alleine unterwegs zu erkunden. Der Palast wurde zuerst in 641 erbaut und umgebaut von Fifth Dalai Lama im 17. Jahrhundert, ist ein wahres Modell der tibetanischen Architektur mit 13 Etagen über 1.000 Zimmer. Sie sehen einige der Gräber der vergangenen Dalai Lama und viele Kammern. Der Aufstieg zum Palace ist unglaublich und landschaftlich schön, aber etwas anstrengend wegen der hohen Höhenlage. Es werden ca. 2-3 Stunden zum erkunden der gesamten Palace Complex. Verpassen Sie nicht das dies eine einmalige Gelegenheit, Potala Palast wenn Sie je Lhasa besuchen!

 Es war eine unvergessliche und wunderbare Erfahrung in Tibet. Die Höhe wurde uns jedoch etwas aber wir endlich zu EBC und das Gefühl war surreal, besonders sehenswert Everest für das erste Mal in den Sonnenaufgang. Die Leute hier sind großartig gehören Grüner Leguan, fast alle trafen wir auf unserer Reise. Wir machten uns unsere Arrangements durch Dolmo, und sie war wirklich zuständig, vertrauenswürdig und geduldig. die Logistik und Verwaltungen war perfekt. Unser Führer Rooney war wie unser älterer Bruder sich gut gekümmert und wir uns auf dem Weg mit ihm wirklich sicher fühlen. Er ist tibetischen und gaben uns eine sehr Tiefe Erfahrung der lokalen Kultur. Unser Fahrer Songtnam war immer am Lächeln und hielt uns sicher auf den Straßen ... alles war wie ein Uhrwerk. Eines der besten Aufenthalte, den wir je hatten. Ich hoffe, dass ich die Gelegenheit haben werde wieder hierher zu kommen. Letzte Sache empfehlen ... ich werde in das Zelt in EBC ... war eine gute Erfahrung.

Zuerst dankte ich an unseren Reiseleiter Lobsang. Er führt uns einen der höchsten WC in Tibet besuchen, bevor wir die Wallfahrt nach diesem heiligen Schrein am Dala Lama gebaut. Er verwendeten Materialien aus der Fuß des Berges und es entstand ein See gibt es in Ordnung für eine ausgewogene Landschaft. Blick auf den größten Platz in Lhasa können gesehen vom Palast. Als wir an dem Tag und zwar fast jeden Tag kamen, kann man hunderte und Tausende von Menschen singen und heftig auf dem Platz. Viele religiöse Trefferstelle waren in das Palace gespeichert.  Viele Gläubige waren immer noch durch Türen in der Palast betete. Es gab viele Buddha Satzung in den verschiedenen Zimmern mit verzierten Perlen schmücken. Wer kann von der spirituellen Kraft, berührt die Amv (Lehrer Sinn) repräsentiert werden.

We had the most amazing time in Tibet and we hope to come back for more!! Thank you so much for organizing everything so well! We are very easy travelers so this trip was luxury for us! Hahaha We have the last day in Chengdu today and tomorrow going back home! Und zu guter Letzt, besuchten wir den Everest Base Camp (Tibet Seite) am 1. Mai 2016.

Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und wundervolle Erfahrung, vor allem Everest für das erste Mal in Sunrise.

EBC ist über mehr als 3000 Meter hoch. Wir sind nicht Kletterer noch Bergsteiger, mit Alter über 40 Jahren und von der Tropic Land.

Mit allen die perfekte Kombination, die Höhenlage Krankheit ist wirklich ein großes Problem für uns ... also da 6 Monat vor der Reise, die wir machen einige auszuführen als Zubereitungen wie Schwimmen, treatmill, Joggen und Yoga.
Und es funktioniert!!

Wir teilen konnten einige Tipps :
- wir kamen Anfang Mai und es war ca. -3 Grad Celsius am Morgen und 14 in der Nacht am EBC ...

- Aufenthalt im Zelt am EBC, denn es ist im Besitz der Tibetan Haben.
Die Tibetan Leute sind schön, warm, vertrauten und kindhearted. Von dort haben Sie Tiefe Erfahrung der lokalen.

- machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn Sie nicht über die richtige Schlafsack, weil das Zelt anbieten, da viele Decke weil man braucht.

- sie bieten auch die Yak Decke, und es ist sehr warm.

- wenn wahrscheinliche, bringen Sie nur Dinge, die Sie EBC auf dem kleinen Tasche. Da Sie nur eine Nacht dort.

- Essen auf Magenschmerzen richtig zu vermeiden.

- wenn man nicht essen kann lokalen Essen, bringen Sie einige High Energy Snack und heiße Schokolade.
