For his deep knowledge of the Tibetan civilization and religion. his very good English level and above all, his very pleasant company and his permanent smile. He is more than a guide: a friend The timing has been well managed by Taishi to avoid loss of time on road and to arrive on the Everest tent camp in time to enjoy the incredible view of Qomolangma before the sunset. Accommodation is 3 hotels has been perfect everywhere. The only negative point is that we have understood that our driver didn't have the proper licence to drive our minibus. This is the reason why we had a second driver to go through some check points  Regarding your personal service, David. let me give you the same rating than the level of my worry at the beginning of the preparation of this tour: ) : ) Thanks a lot for your patience and your efficiency to obtain my Tibet Visa and a train ticket at the last minute.

Hello Alex,

I am sorry that it took me so long to give you a feedback, I was pretty busy the recent days weeks and hope you can understand that.
Let's come to the feedback.
Tour guide: The tour guide (Ms. Qimei) was excellent! Her English speaking ability was very good. Additionally, she was welcoming, friendly and could score with profound knowledge about culture, history and environment.
Driver: The driver was all the time friendly and drove according to the rules. we all felt very safe during the trip.
Hotels: The hotels were also well chosen. The breakfast matched the western standard.
Vehicle: The vehicle was overall very comfortable.
Additional comment: Overall, I was very happy with the tour. The only thing, I would have wished for is to have had a detailed itinerary beforehand. Sometimes I was not sure, how exactly the next day was planned.
Best regards, Nweth Sureshkumar

Dear Nancy,

How nice to hear from you! Thanks for your email and yes, I have been back to England since last Thursday after the wonderful trip to Tibet you helped organizing. I hope all is well with you and you have had a “Golden Week” holiday.
Overall the trip was excellent, the tour showed different part of Tibet and had the right balance of supervision and free time in Lhasa especially. Good points were your email contact which was always prompt and informative, helpful and friendly. This helped build trust and confidence in the journey. I also thought highly of the tour guide who showed us around, he was very patient and kind to us, most of all I was impressed by his deep knowledge and genuine belief in Tibetan Buddhism.
That’s all that I can think of at the moment, but I really did want to thank you for a fantastic trip to Tibet, I’m left with wanting to return and see more. It was very thought provoking and I loved it all!
Many thanks again and best wishes!  Kathy
