Tsedang
D01 Chengdu/Tsedang [B]
In the morning, fly to Gonggar Airport from Chengdu. Upon arrival, take another 3 hours covering 220 km to get to Tsedang, the cradle of Tibet culture. Then stay at the hotel for adapting to the high attitude. It is helpful to take things easy for the first few days, and try to drink some water just and now.

D02 Tsedang Sightseeing [B]
In the morning, make a trip in the Yarlung valley to visit the Yumbulakhang a medieval-European castle-like structure, reputed as Tibet’s oldest building. It doesn’t take that long to explore Yumblagang, perhaps the best part of the visit is the walk up along the ridge abour the building. There’re fabulous views of the Yarlung valley. Then have a tour to Mindroling Monasatery and Trundruk Monastery.

Samye Monastery
D03 Tsedang/Samye/Lhasa [B]
In the morning drive further to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. Have a tour to Samye Monastery en route.

D04 Lhasa Sightseeing [B]
Visit Potala Palace for the whole morning, then in the afternoon, have a view of the Jokang Monastery, then walk on the Barkhor street surrounding Jokhang, a big free market with its prolific stalls for selling local specialties.
Description:
1. Potala Palace and Jokhang Monastery: Immerse yourselves into the Tibetan religion and sense the unique culture.
2. Barkhor Street: stroll around an interesting market featuring Tibetan, Nepalese local products.

Tibet Museum
D05 Lhasa Sightseeing [B]
Visit Tibet Museum in the morning, later after lunch, visit Sera monastery. We can do the Sera Kora walk of about 1 hr and then catch the famous debate session of the monks before returning back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa city.

Departure transfer to see off. Tour services end.
